Characteristic
1, High gloss, after grinding bysand mill, the paint paste has high gloss and rheologicalproperties.
2, UB-170 can increase the solidcontent of paint paste and greatly reduce the amount of solvent.Due to its extremely low specific surface area, it has littleeffect on viscosity and reduces VOC.
3, Using UB-170 in thepreparation of various paint pastes can not only save rawmaterials, but also greatly shorten the time on grinding anddispersing, so as to achieve the established tintingstrengthandscraper fineness.
4, High purity, acid andalkali resistance, insoluble in water and any organic solvent, withgood sunresistance and weatherresistance.
5, Low refractive index and neutralcolor. UB-170 has a very high reflectance across a wide spectrum,so it is white and color neutral. In this way, UB-170 maintains theoriginal vividness and hue ofthepigment.
6,No sulfide,noodor,no black spotimpurities.
7, It can improve the rigidity,gloss, hardness and wear resistance of plastic products. It canincrease the crystallinity of thermoplastic polymers, therebyimproving the strength (especially the impact strength at lowtemperature) and dimensional stability of the product, as well asimproving heat resistance and reducing shrinkage.
