Directive 2006/42/EC is a revised version of the Machinery Directive, the first version of which was adopted in 1989. The new Machinery Directive has been applicable since 29th December 2009.

指令2006/42/EC是機械指令的修訂版，該指令的第一版于1989年通過。新的機械指令自2009年12月29日起生效。

The Directive has the dual aim of harmonising the health and safety re applicable to machinery on the basis of a high level of protection of health and safety, while ensuring the free circation of machinery on the EU market. The revised Machinery Directive does not introduce radical changes compared with the previous versions. It clarifies and consolidates the provisions of the Directive with the aim of improving its practical application.

該指令的雙重目標是在高度保護健康和安全的基礎上，協(xié)調適用于機械的健康和安全要求，同時確保機械在歐盟市場上的自由流通。修訂后的機械指令與以前的版本相比沒有引入根本性的變化。它澄清和鞏固該指示的條文，以改善其實際應用。

(17) For trade fairs, exhibitions and such like, it shod be possible to exhibit machinery which does not satisfy the re of this Directive. However, interested parties shod be properly informed that the machinery does not conform and cannot be purchased in that condition.

對于貿易展銷會、展覽會等，應可展示不符合本指令要求的機械。但是，應適當地通知有關各方，機器不符合規(guī)定，不能在這種情況下購買

§19 Trade fairs and exhibitions關于貿易展覽用的機械ce認證要求

Recital 17 introduces the provision that enables manufacturers to exhibit new models of machinery at trade fairs and exhibitions before the conformity of such products with the Machinery Directive has been assessed or to exhibit machinery with certain elements such as, for example, guards removed for demonstration purposes. In such cases, the exhibitor must display an appropriate sign and take adequate safety measures to protect persons from the risks presented by the exhibited machinery – see §108: comments on Article 6 (3).

Recital 17介紹了一項規(guī)定，該規(guī)定允許制造商在產品符合《機械指令》的符合性評估之前，在展銷會和展覽會上展示新型號的機械，或展示帶有某些元素的機械，例如，為了演示目的而拆除了防護罩。在這種情況下，參展商必須展示適當的標志，并采取適當的安全措施，以保護人們免受展出的機器帶來的風險

即機械設備如果只是用于展會展覽用，可以不用完全滿足ce的要求，但涉及到的機械風險應當采取適當的防護措施，以避免展出機械給人們帶來危險，同時要通知到相關方，若未滿足ce認證要求是不可以直接購買的。換句話說，若銷售公司希望展出機械在展會可以直接銷售，還是需要先獲得ce認證才可以。
