使用說明：
使用時(shí)請(qǐng)將太陽灶放置易于接受陽光的空地上，首先橫向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)反光罩，使其朝向太陽，其次轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手柄縱向調(diào)整太陽光反射角，直到太陽反射光匯聚炊機(jī)具底部，形成銀白色光斑，調(diào)整時(shí)可將光斑偏向吹具底部的左邊，待15-20分鐘后光斑偏離吹具底部時(shí)再調(diào)整，以確保匯聚光斑的熱量始終保持在吹具的底部，避免熱能的浪費(fèi)
when starting to use the solar oven, put it on an open groundeasy to receive sunlight. firstly, turn the reflective cover in thehorizontal way towards the sun. secondly, turn the handle in thevertical way to adjust the angle of reflection, until the reflectedsunlight gathers in the oven’s bottom to form a silver-white brightspot. during the course of adjustment, you may keep the bright spota bit to the left side in the oven’s bottom, and re-adjust thebright spot after 15 to 20 minutes when it deviates from the oven’sbottom, to make sure the gathered heat of the bright spot alwaysmaintain on the oven’s bottom to avoid the loss of heat.
1.as the temperature of the bright spot is very high, payspecial attention not to let the bright spot move to human body orother objects to avoid body damage or setting fire on otherobjects.
2.the solar oven should be set in a place exposed to the sun andsheltered from the wind, so that the strong wind couldn’t damagethe oven.
3.when the reflective membrane is blemished by grease or dust,don’t wipe it with dry cloth. you may clean it with a bit detergentdiluted with some clean water, then cleanse it with clean water.small amount of dust doesn’t influence the normal function. whenthe solar oven is not in use, turn the oven’s back towards thesunlight to extend the life time of the reflective membrane.
4.the oven’s bottom is black (it could be blackened by black inkor smoke) to enhance the effect of absorbing heat. when heatingwater, the water should not be too full to avoid overflowing. theempty pot should not be placed on the oven, otherwise the emptypot’s bottom is to be burnt.
5.the flammable objects, such as firewood or fuel, are forbiddento be placed around the solar oven to prevent fires accidents.
6.during usage, children are forbidden to approach or shake theoven to avoid being burnt or injured.
7.during usage, you should not look at the bright spot for arelative long time to protect the eyes from being injured.
1．使用焦距
調(diào)整太陽灶使主光軸與太陽光線平行，用鋼卷尺或鋼直尺測(cè)量鍋圍中心至鍋圈在灶面上的投影中心(原點(diǎn))之間的距離。
2．采光面積
調(diào)整太陽灶，當(dāng)太陽灶主光軸與太陽光線平行時(shí)，測(cè)出在地平面上的灶面外輪廓線以內(nèi)的全部投影面積(可采用在三合板上畫方格的方法)，并乘以此時(shí)太陽高度角的正弦值。
3．Zui大操作高度
把太陽灶鍋圈調(diào)至Zui高位置，用鋼卷尺或鋼直尺測(cè)量鍋圈中心平面到地平面的距離。
4．量大操作距離
把灶體后沿凋至與鍋圈水平距離Zui大時(shí)， 用鋼卷尺或鋼直尺測(cè)量鍋圈中心到灶體后邊緣的水平距離。
5．使用高度角
太陽灶使用高度角用量角器測(cè)量。將灶面向前調(diào)至極限位置，此時(shí)測(cè)量出鍋圈中心至原點(diǎn)之間連線與水平面的夾角為Zui小使用高度角；將灶面向后仰起調(diào)至極限位置，此時(shí)測(cè)量出鍋圈中心至原點(diǎn)之間連線與水平面的夾角為Zui大使用高度角。
6．光斑性能
光斑性能用測(cè)溫板進(jìn)行測(cè)量。測(cè)溫板為厚度o．5毫米，直徑250毫米的普通鋼板，一面涂無光黑漆(朝下)，一面涂400℃示溫涂料(朝上)。調(diào)整太陽灶使陽光匯聚于鍋圈中心處，迅速將測(cè)溫板放置在鍋圈上。當(dāng)測(cè)試時(shí)間達(dá)到3分鐘時(shí)取下測(cè)溫板，觀察光斑形狀井用方格紙計(jì)算出面積。
7．跟蹤機(jī)構(gòu)
在鍋圈上放置24厘米的日用鋁鍋，鍋內(nèi)水面距鍋邊20毫米，在太陽灶使用范圍內(nèi)，調(diào)整跟蹤機(jī)構(gòu)并觀察其穩(wěn)定性和可靠性。
